The weight plates interlock to make it easier to load and unload them on the Centr x Hyrox Power Sled. The plates are also great for classic barbell and landmine exercises, of course. The labels on the side of the plates makes it easier to tell how much weight you’re lifting, pressing, pushing or pulling.
