You can train your quadriceps in the leg press, your glutes in the Hackenschmidt squat and your calves with the calf block.The extra-large footplate provides additional exercise variety - without taking up any extra space. This can be adjusted to the optimum angle for you and, thanks to its size, you can position your feet in such a way that specific muscle areas are specifically trained. A high stance shifts the load to the buttocks, while a wide sumo stance trains the inner thighs and adductors better. The continuous rails of the leg press also allow you to squat particularly low and even smaller people can use their full range of motion. Hallo,
Ich habe mir in der Filiale Frankfurt einen Taurus WS3 und eine Beinpresse Force USA Combo Compact V2 gekauft. Beide sind ausgezeichnet. Es gab zwar ein paar organisatorische Probleme, aber die konnten alle dank der wertvollen Hilfe von Herrn Arne Abel gelöst werden.
