The barbell set gives compact group workouts the appropriate intensity to fortify and strengthen the whole body. That is achieved with the 3 variably heavy weight plates, which can be adjusted to the respective workout level. Thanks to the quick-release fasteners, the plates can be switched in a jiffy. The coating of the weight plates ensures that use of the set during workouts is gentle on the floor and quiet.
