The Plyo Box provides an effective workout in a fun and challenging way. It offers a variety of exercises, including squat jumps, power skips, side jumps and elevated push-ups.
The Tunturi Plyo Box has a soft PVC outer layer. This minimises the risk of slipping and prevents bruises or scratches if you accidentally touch the edges or corners of the box. The box can be set up in three different ways at three different heights to suit your individual needs.
